Broken hyperlinks

I am experiencing an issue with the links in my header not working for the home and contact us pages. I have checked the code and they are hard coded, but they are still not functioning correctly. Can anyone provide insight into what may be causing this issue?

I have been troubleshooting this problem but haven't been able to identify any issues in the code. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
