Assistance needed for Internet Explorer

When I designed a webpage in Firefox, everything looked great. However, when I opened it in Internet Explorer and resized the window to less than maximum size, half of the main div disappeared under the footer.

If you want to see the issue for yourself, visit www.blisshair.com.au and go to the first page that opens. The design is flawless in Firefox no matter what size, but in Internet Explorer it breaks completely when not at maximum size. Any tips or help on why this is happening would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

EDIT: Oddly enough, this issue only occurs after uploading the file to the web. When previewing on my localhost server, everything looks how it should. Strange, right?

#content { overflow: hidden; }
