arrangement of cart in Shopify's mobile interface

Having trouble aligning the basket on the top row of my website when viewed on mobile. The position seems to randomly switch between top and bottom, and I can't figure out where in the code to make adjustments.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here's an image showing the issue on a mobile device, and you can visit the site at:

    </div> <!-- End Top Header -->
 </div>
