Arrange the design in a vertical column

Currently working with bootstrap and attempting to design the layout displayed in the image.

I have experimented with using flexboxes, but unfortunately my layout is not aligning correctly.

Looking for advice on how to position the text beside the image effectively.

Would greatly appreciate any suggestions or feedback on where I may be going wrong.

You were so close, about 95% of the way there. I've taken care of the finishing touches for you. All that was needed was some nested bootstrap to create a col-10 that holds the company details next to the logo.

  border-radius: 50%;
}
