Aligning a DIV using javascript

Hey everyone, I'm encountering an issue with the JavaScript on my website. I'm struggling to center the div in order to properly display the image I click on. It seems to work fine on the second attempt, but on initial click, the div always appears at the bottom right.

I've been tinkering with the JavaScript code, but I just can't seem to figure it out.

The reason for this behavior is that the CSS properties are applied before the image source is set.

Upon initially loading an image, there is no prior image to use as a reference point for centering. However, when you switch to another picture, it centers the new image based on the dimensions of the previous image.

The issue arises because your div element has not been assigned any offsetWidth or height.
